Today, we share with you a story titled "Journey to the Cloud: Medical Call Response," chronicling the deployment of the *Wreadycare* hybrid medical intercom system at Yuncheng District People's Hospital.

Hospital Call Systems

Located in the northeastern part of Yunfu City, Yuncheng District is a renowned cultural heritage site within the municipality, boasting a rich cultural legacy and breathtaking natural scenery. The district is home to numerous scenic spots and historical landmarks, including the famous "Dajin Mountain," sites associated with the historical figure "Deng Fa," and the celebrated "Panlong Cave." This year, Yuncheng District People's Hospital also officially established its new home in this locale.

In 2019, the Yuncheng District Committee and the District Government officially launched the relocation and new construction project for the Yuncheng District People's Hospital of Yunfu City. Located at No. 120 Fule Road, Yuncheng Subdistrict, Yuncheng District, the project covers a total land area of approximately 24,598 square meters (37 mu) and represents a total investment of 458 million RMB.

Beyond merely providing sophisticated diagnostic instruments, hospital equipment must also embody a meticulous regard for human life. From the underlying software logic and the practical application of product functions to the ecosystem design formed by the seamless interconnection of multiple products—every single aspect of *Wreadycare* strictly adheres to this principle of prioritizing life above all else.

When selecting a medical intercom system, Yuncheng People's Hospital evaluated proposals from numerous companies and products. The project lead explicitly stated that the required system had to demonstrate exceptional overall performance—specifically, it needed to offer "high cost-effectiveness, broad applicability, and strong flexibility"—in order to effectively elevate patient management standards and enhance the overall healthcare experience for patients.

Upon understanding the specific requirements of the project, Weiding Kanglian immediately dispatched Project Manager Li Kecheng to the site, equipped with product demonstration hardware.

"Emergency Call: Ward 03." With the project lead from Yuncheng People's Hospital looking on, Li Kecheng pressed the emergency call button; immediately, alarms sounded simultaneously at both the nurse station console and the bedside extension unit.

"In addition to standard calling and intercom capabilities, our nurse station console features advanced functions such as call forwarding and vital signs monitoring alerts," Li Kecheng explained, as he proceeded to demonstrate the integrated operation of the entire medical intercom system to the project lead.

During the demonstration, Project Manager Li Kecheng delivered an impressive presentation, leaving the overall project lead at Yuncheng People's Hospital visibly satisfied.

Ultimately, Yuncheng People's Hospital selected Weiding Kanglian’s "Hybrid Edition" medical intercom system. The project encompasses eight clinical departments, totaling 264 patient beds; each department is equipped with a nurse station console, while every bed is outfitted with an analog bedside extension unit. Furthermore, fully digital door-entry units and waterproof emergency buttons have been installed at ward entrances and within restrooms, and display screens have been mounted along the corridors.

This medical intercom system offers flexible configuration options that can be customized to meet actual operational requirements. It is characterized by its rich feature set, comprehensive range of product components, and exceptional cost-effectiveness. While enabling fully digital intercom communication between the nurse station and the corridors, the system also contributes to reducing project costs, improving service efficiency, and accelerating project completion timelines.
